American Cash Flow Association
Help to create a successful business in the cash flow industry
is the claim made
by American Cash Flow Association. Providing the continuing support
needed to
reach this goal, funding directories like the American Cash Flow
Journal and
building relationships between funding sources and brokers are just
some of the
ways American Cash Flow Association® can help.
American Cash Flow Association is known by several different
names, such as National
Mortgage Investor's Institute ( NMII ), American Cash Flow Institute (
ACFI ),
Diversified Cash Flow Institute ( DCFI ) and American Cash Flow
Corporation™
( ACFA ) among others, all of which were founded by Laurence J. Pino.
The fact that the company is based in Florida, the presenter
was from the Mid-West
and the seminar was being held in Southern California was enough to
make one of the
attendees at the seminar very leery. The program offered by American
Cash Flow
Association is one that teaches note brokering, this is something they
claim is
very easy to do resulting in huge profits. In contrast to this claim,
the majority
of those interviewed after going through the information claimed
extremely small
profits or none at all.
To attend the live training course offered by American Cash
Flow Association can be
as much as $5995, or a taped course can be purchased for $2495 which in
my book is
quite expensive. Due to the risk involved with this type of investment
program and
the fact that you really do need to have extensive knowledge and skill
in order to
really make this work, I believe that one should exercise caution with
this or any
other program of it's nature.
