You are an independent representative of Charter Financial, choosing how much or how little you want to work.

There are some valid concerns about note brokering, the risks involved and the legality. One individual did some research in his home state of Illinois and discovered that to be a note broker in that state you must be licensed to sell, the lack of this license has landed some people in trouble with the SEC.
