Charter Financial offers a program at Brokering Notes advertised to teach the art of successful note brokering. Per the claim on BrokeringNotes.com, being a note broker offers the same benefit as other home businesses, namely the freedom to earn a full or part time income while working from home.

The program offered through Charter Financial at BrokeringNotes.com is supposed to help with the location of note sellers and then walk you through the proper step to complete a transaction. You are an independent representative of Charter Financial, choosing how much or how little you want to work.

There are some valid concerns about note brokering, the risks involved and the legality. One individual did some research in his home state of Illinois and discovered that to be a note broker in that state you must be licensed to sell, the lack of this license has landed some people in trouble with the SEC.

It seems to me, based on everything I have found that the proposition of note brokering is very risky and not at all easy to do. I would recommend caution before getting involved with BrokeringNotes.com or any other similar program.
