If you want to know about Carlton Sheets course, you just found the right website. I bought Carlton Sheets course and was not satisfied with it. First of all, to make his system work, you would need to have plenty of free time every day to spend hours driving through neighborhoods, reading realestate magazines, newspapers and talking to realtors.
I personally didn't have that much free time available to spend doing all that and even if I did have that much free time, I don't think I'd want to spend it with my nose buried in a newspaper or driving around looking at maps all day long!
I'm sure Carltons course works for people that are dedicated and disciplined enough to do this boring kind of tiresome research day after day, but I don't like to slave that hard for my money. I can think of five ways to make plenty of money in at least half the time it took me using his system.
Plus there's way too much competition with all of his thousands of students out there beating each other up over properties. Carlton has been selling that course for years and while you're out scanning newspapers and driving around all day, so are the rest of Carltons fleet of students. By the time you see something worth while in realestate, there's a good chance someone doing the exact same thing just grabbed it up before you. I really don't like having that much competition especially when I can think of 5 different business just off the top of my head that don't have near the competition as realestate does.
In my opinion, you'd have to be completely obsessed and in love with realestate to make any real money with Carltons system. I think I would have to eat, sleep, and breathe realestate to make that plan work! No thanks. So I definitely can't recommend any of Carlton Sheets teachings.
