What does Clickbank even stand for? And are they for real?

Providing a way for home-based internet businesses to accept credit card payments online is the function of ClickBank. ClickBank has a catalog with reportedly 10,000 items available for purchase, you can sell these products or your own at ClickBank and earn money as a ClickBank affiliate or reseller.

Many people do utilize the services offered by ClickBank, but there are also those who are expressing frustration. There are accusations that ClickBank has glitches which prevent a credit card transaction from being completed, annoying the customer who not only doesn't make a purchase, but due to that bad experience doesn't return to the site.

Other people related incidents of some merchants just using Click Bank for a free advertising service, by offering alternate payment methods like checks or PayPal Click Bank affiliates are prevented from earning a commission. Yet another individual claimed that when she called ClickBank to find out why she hadn't gotten her paycheck, she was told that she signed a contract stipulating sales had to come from three or four different countries before she could be paid.

It is true that the ability to accept credit cards is another way of making it easier for your customers thus ensuring your success, but my feeling is that ClickBank is not the only provider and perhaps there is a better way.
