Foreclosure World

As an online foreclosure listing service, Foreclosure World claims to be one of the best services available utilized by first time home buyers and investors for over fourteen years. Foreclosure Wold states their lists include a variety of foreclosures including pre-foreclosures, homeowners in distress, bank or government owned, HUD and VA homes.

Foreclosure World charges $300 for their lists. This information, with the exception of homeowners in distress is all public knowledge and can be obtained for free directly from the bank/mortgage company or the government. One person states he bought the Foreclosure World list primarily for the homeowners in distress option, he claims the list was completely useless because the majority of these homeowners are in bankruptcy and not willing to sell.

Another person posting on Rip-Off Report.com claims she purchased the list from Foreclosure World, she was then contacted by Summit Consulting on behalf of Foreclosure World as a candidate for a real estate investing coaching program which she bought. She states the program was useless and tried to get a refund after cancelling it, but has been denied.

In my opinion, paying any amount of money to a company like Foreclosure World is a waste, since this can be found on your own for no charge. I am going to give Foreclosure World the benefit of the doubt and run a complete test of their products, services and marketing advice. Check back soon for an update of how they performed.
