These guys offer loss mitigation services to help homeowners who are going through or in danger of going through foreclosure to keep their homes and stop the process. Freedom Foreclosure Prevention Services also offers and mentoring/education program for people interested in real estate investing or loss mitigation.

The programs offered by Freedom Foreclosure Services are supposed to train you to be a loss mitigation specialist, once the training is completed you then negotiate directly with the bank on behalf of the homeowner. Included with this training is a referral marketing program that FFPS claims will produce an extra income stream of $1000-$5000 weekly.

Many banks and mortgage companies provide their own in-house loss mitigation services, and often are not able to speak with any third party regarding foreclosure issues even with consent from the homeowner. My opinion is that the opportunity provided by Freedom Foreclosure Services is one to steer away from. I'm still testing Freedom Foreclosure Services and I'll have a complete review of my investigation posted here as soon as I'm finished running the tests.
