IntelliBiz is run as a not-for-profit organization and offers a real estate investing course. A Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate Investing® is the course offered by IntelliBiz advertised as a program to cover all aspects of real estate investing like foreclosures, no money down methods like those outlined by Carleton Sheets and tax lien sales and certificates. IntelliBiz states they are able to keep the costs of this course so affordable because of the fact that they are not-for-profit.

IntelliBiz has a pretty high rating on The Public Eye, a consumer watch dog group, as reported by some individuals. Other people stated that even though they had not ordered or paid for the IntelliBiz course, their questions were quickly answered and did not include pressure to buy the course.

IntelliBiz looks like a good resource for real estate investing, but I think that you should think twice before getting started in that type of business due to the high risk involved. I can think of several other types of internet business opportunities right off the top of my head that are much easier and involve less risk. I don't want the whole world to see my prized list of companies that offer the best opportunities because if everyone starts competing with me, they might now work as well anymore.
