Lonnie Scruggs claims to be the master of buying, selling and financing used mobile homes. He has a course called Deals On Wheels Home Study Course which is supposed to show you how to buy and sell used mobile homes for a profit.

Lonnie Scruggs outlines how to make 50%-100% creating notes on mobile homes, what kind of home to buy as well as how to find them, how to negotiate the purchase price and much more.

Lonnie Scruggs has quite a bit of good information on this particular type of real estate investing. It is my experience that real estate investing does carry some amount of risk, so I think it would be wise to carefully examine the course offered by Lonnie Scrugs. At this point I don't recommend his materials, but I am currently testing them and I will publish a full report of my findings when my testing is completed.
