Lou Vukas claims to have made his fortune through real estate and real estate investing, particularly with the practice of buying a home, renovating it and then selling it for a profit, or flipping.

Lou Vokas has a website called Real Estate Fortunes.com which is supposed to help anyone make a lot of money in real estate with little or no money to begin. Lou offers many real estate courses on his website as well as a book called “Real Estate Uncovered” which is supposed to be a manual teaching you how to invest in real estate the right way.

However, I found that there were many postings on places like Rip-Off Report.com and others with the biggest complaint being that the book Real Estate Uncovered by Lou Vukas was sold to Foreclosureworld.net who has a reputation of spamming.

Some people stated they were contacted as often as twenty times a day before ever getting the book. While others stated they were unable to get a refund when one was requested.

I have always thought that real estate investing is somewhat risky especially with the housing prices and interest rates today, but it can also be very rewarding. I would have to say though, that I would recommend using caution with the Lou vukas system.
