Nu-Way Real Estate offers an educational program with hands-on training and mentor support in the distressed real estate market. Nu-Way Real Estate claims that once you have complete their training you will have your first purchase supported by Nu-Way Real Estate as long as it meets their criteria using their cash resources.

The basis of the Nu-Way Real Estate program is that opportunities exist in every neighborhood for those looking for distressed real estate, and you once properly trained will be a property scout for Nu-Way Real Estate helping them to fulfill their purchase demands so they can help you with the capital that is needed.

In my research I found that what Nu-Way Real Estate states is they will pay 1% to you when they purchase the property you bring them with you acting as the liaison with contractors, inspectors, etc to fix up the property, once the property is sold they will give you anywhere from 10-25% of the net profit. The basic cost of the course is $39.95, however, in order to get the property listings you have to pay $5000 up front. I also found some posting on Scam.com expressing concerns about that fact, one individual stated that usually when a legitimate company does this type of transaction they do so from an office in the local area and do not ever use a 3rd party as a property scout.

My opinion is that the real estate investment business is risky and takes some knowledge and information in order to succeed, based on that I would recommend that Nu-Way Real Estate be viewed with some caution.
