Realty Trac Inc. claims to be a premier database of pre-foreclosure, auction and REO properties with over 500,000 properties listed nationwide. Realty Trac Inc. provides the opportunity for real estate agents to become a member of the RealtyTrac Agent Network. Also available on the website are e-books, sponsored links and other information on real estate investing.

There is an affiliate program offered by RealtyTrac Inc. which is supposed to be free to join, leads are $7 each with sales at $17 each, cookies are good for 90 days, there is a dedicated program manager and you are provided with a RealtyTrac Affiliate Marketing Starter Kit.

While most reviews of Realty Trac Inc. were fairly good, the one complaint I saw over and over was that the lists of homes for sale or auction was very out of date and useless as the property was already sold or not available.

In my opinion, Realty Trac Inc. does seem to have some opportunities and leads and may be worth checking into. However as you probably know, I think this industry is completely saturated to death right now and you’d be making a big mistake even putting your big toe into it.
