Retire On Spending, Inc. was brought out in 2005 and is supposed to be a system that allows members to get cash back for their routine shopping and earn matching cash back for referring friends and family. Included in the compensation structure is a retirement account funding mechanism.

Each time you refer someone and they join Retire On Spending, Inc. from your free website you are part of the first neighborhood. Every time the members you referred get cash back, Retire On Spending, Inc. pays matching cash back equal to 10%, then when you have 10 members or more the matching cash back increases to 20%. If you prefer, you can upgrade to the affiliate level which provides 40% from the first neighborhood and 25% for the rest.

Retire On Spending, Inc. offers membership to a credit union as well as a referral program for businesses you use and want to refer. Also offered on the website are several forums, telephone forums for prospective members to listen in, online forums conducted periodically and wellness forums for a variety of illnesses. I do recommend Retire On Spending to anyone over the age of 50.
