World Submit

World Submit is a website that is supposed to provide website submission and promotion services. WorldSubmit offers several different packages, starting at $19 for one month all the way up to $99 for a year.

In researching World Submit I found that while the low fees charged may be appealing, some people were not happy with the results. One individual claimed that either their site disappeared after a few days or was never listed at all, another claimed that there was supposed to be a 5 day turnaround with a report, but after 3 weeks there had been no report and all calls and emails were ignored. Another claim was that World Submit makes up their huge numbers of search engines by using very specialized search engines like pet food or cancer information thus creating a lot of unrelated spam for those listed there.

My opinion is that while it may take more time, it might be better to make your own content led gateway page and manually submit it to the top 10 search engines rather than relying on services like World Submit.
